You may be a the busiest of blogging bees, whether you blog full time or part time while working a full time job. But a simple shift in your thinking can free up significant amounts of time.
Following these tips can help you save time if you are a super duper busy blogger.
1: Guest Post
Guest posting is one of the ultimate time savers.
This strategy helps you reach a maximum number of people in minimal time.
By sharing your thoughts with huge, targeted audiences you help a bunch of folks without spending hours reaching out and networking one to one.
Of course you will be networking one to one at times but guest posting just makes your life easier.
Practice writing daily in a Word document. Comment effectively on top blogs from your niche to make friends with established, pro bloggers.
Guest post invites will flow your way.
Publish guest posts persistently. Don’t be a guest posting flash in the pan. Make a firm impress on the minds of readers.
Save your time by exposing your blog and brand to large, targeted readerships consistently.
2: Prune Regularly
Prune your blogging activities from time to time.
Streamline your blogging campaign.
Pruning your blogging tasks lisk helps you trim inefficient blogging fat.
Let go time-wasting or lower energy activities.
Example; you may currently be posting to a high volume of Facebook Groups without engaging in these communities. This is a classic waste of time. Drop the blogging task like a hot potato.
Save your time by moving into more effective blogging actions.
3: Work off of the Clock
Work off of the clock to use your blogging time efficiently.
Most bloggers waste time by not noting the clock every hour.

Work for 50 minutes. Set an alarm to take a break for 10 minutes. Walk around. Stretch your muscles. Engage in deep breathing. Relax

When you do get back to work you will blog with a sense of orderliness, purpose and clarity in all you do.

4: Schedule Down Time
Who’d have thought that scheduling down time actually helps you save time?
Pull back from your blog. Enjoy time offline.
Relaxing for a set period of time daily helps you work in efficient, effective blogging fashion.
Blogger burnout leads to ineffective, time wasting activities. But feeling refreshed, recharged and ready to go produces time saving, efficient blogging activities.
